This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Pilot Wife Adventures TERMS OF SERVICE. By subscribing to or otherwise using the Service, or accessing any content or material made available by Pilot Wife Adventures through the Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms, including this Privacy Policy. Pilot Wife Adventures reserves the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of such changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of those changes or modifications.

2. Other Types of Collected Information. To ensure your data is secure and used solely to provide the Service, Pilot Wife Adventures deletes this information every three months. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Service, improve customer service, diagnose server problems, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.​

(iv) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Pilot Wife Adventures, its employees, its participants (including you), and the public. In the event Pilot Wife Adventures is required by law to disclose Personal Information, we will notify you through the contact information provided to us in advance, unless doing so would violate the law or a court order.

Specifically, all connections to the Pilot Wife Adventures websites and mobile applications are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Please recognize that protecting Personal Information is also your responsibility. We ask all participants to be responsible for keeping their password and other authentication information used to access the Service secure. You should not share authentication information with any third parties and should inform Pilot Wife Adventures immediately of any unauthorized use of your password. Pilot Wife Adventures cannot secure and assumes no liability for Personal Information that is released by the Participant to third parties, such as a healthcare provider.

6. Children’s Privacy. Pilot Wife Adventures is committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Service is not intended for children under 13. However, a parent or guardian may consent to their child's use of the Service and enter information on their behalf. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring the information provided is secure and accurate. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided information without parental consent, we will delete the information and may revoke the child's access to the Service.

7. Account Closure and Correction of Personal Information. To stop participating in the Service, you can close your account by emailing us at info@pilotwifeadventures.com. When an account is closed, we remove all personally identifiable information associated with it. However, we retain limited information related to transaction history for accounting and compliance purposes. Personal Information can be changed, corrected, or updated using our websites and mobile applications.
