Please read these Terms of Service Pilot Wife Adventures carefully. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and all related policies, guidelines, and disclosures. The recipient of this notice will receive any service confirmations and is responsible for informing all other users of these terms. By accepting the service confirmation, the recipient acknowledges they have reviewed and accepted these terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Services

By subscribing to or using the Service from Pilot Wife Adventures, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Your access and any account you establish are conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. If Pilot Wife Adventures determines you have not complied, your access and account may be terminated without notice.

Some features of the Service may have additional legal agreements. You will be given the opportunity to review and agree to those terms when you first use such features. If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific terms for a feature, the specific terms will apply. Pilot Wife Adventures reserves the right to modify these Terms or any related policies at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the changes. Review these Terms regularly to stay informed of the conditions that apply to your use of the Service.

2. Travel Services

Pilot Wife Adventures provides services such as booking transportation, lodging, and sightseeing through independent contractors, not as agents or employees. We issue travel documents as an agent for these companies, and these documents are subject to the suppliers' terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused by suppliers or events beyond our control. We recommend travel insurance and will provide a quote upon request. By declining insurance, you accept liability for any costs incurred.

Passengers must review their booking details immediately and notify us of any errors. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their legal names match their travel documents. It is also the passenger's responsibility to meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and other travel requirements. We are not liable for any damages due to non-compliance with these requirements.

Payments can be made by cash, Visa and Mastercard. Reservations are held until the deposit due date. Failure to pay by this date will result in cancellation. We are not responsible for cancellations due to late payments or declined credit cards. Cancellations or no-shows are subject to supplier penalties. Contact the supplier or Pilot Wife Adventures for these terms.

All services are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be settled by arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Washington. Legal proceedings must be filed within one year of travel completion and can only be instituted in Washington courts. By paying a deposit, you agree to these conditions and waive any right to punitive damages.

3. Ownership of Service, Materials, and Trademark

The Service, along with all designs, text, graphics, pictures, videos, information, and data below are the property of Pilot Wife Adventures or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other brand features of Pilot Wife Adventures are the sole property of Pilot Wife Adventures or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use any Pilot Wife Adventures trademarks or brand features, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

4. Charges and Billing

Pilot Wife Adventures charges a fee for certain products and program services associated with the Service of $50. You must provide a valid payment method when ordering a Pilot Wife Adventures product or service. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use this payment method and agree to pay all charges incurred using your account. For credit card payments, you agree that we may pass your credit card and related personally identifiable information to our designated service provider(s) for processing. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for any reason. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.

5. Conditions of Use

To use the Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority, whichever is greater; or, if under the legal age of majority in your country of residence, use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and has submitted the proper parental/guardian consent forms to Pilot Wife Adventures.

When registering for an account with the Services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Update your information as necessary to keep your registration current and accurate.
By establishing an account, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authorization to provide the information you use to register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to this information and any devices they are stored on.
All activities that occur under your account or password are your responsibility.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Engage in any resale or commercial (non-personal) use of the Service or the Materials therein.
Distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any of the Materials.
Modify or create derivative works from the Service or the Materials, or any portion thereof.
Use automated means (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, etc.) to download data from the Service.
Download any portion of the Service, the Materials, or any information contained therein, except as expressly permitted.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Pilot Wife Adventures' servers or computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of any part of the Service.
Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information (including company names, domain names, or account names) from the Service or use communication systems provided by the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes.

6. Travel Protection and Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase insurance that covers emergency medical evacuation, medical expenses, hospitalization, repatriation, baggage loss, and loss/breakage of valuables while traveling. Additionally, we highly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance package. We can provide a quote from one of our travel insurance suppliers, offering excellent claims services with a 24/7 assistance number for emergencies worldwide.

If you purchase the insurance within 14 days of your initial deposit, you will be covered for pre-existing medical conditions and carrier financial default, according to the insurance supplier's rules. If you do not inform your advisor that you wish to purchase travel insurance within 14 days of your initial deposit, you will still be eligible for comprehensive coverage, but pre-existing conditions will not be covered. By declining travel protection, you accept liability for any cancellation penalties, damages, and out-of-pocket expenses incurred.

The passenger expressly waives all rights or claims against Pilot Wife Adventures in connection with the foregoing. Under no circumstances are we to be construed as a carrier under contract for the safe carriage of the passenger or their baggage and belongings.

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Service and any actions or omissions by Pilot Wife Adventures. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, statements, and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the subject matter.
